Beware of roof leaks caused by siding contractors.

In this image we are pointing out holes in the roof caused by siding contractor.  The support brace from pump jack was nailed into face of roof shingles.  Many contractors will seal the shingle without replacing the shingles and leaks occur shortly afterwards.

I have replaced many plywood/osb because of the siding contractors. Nail holes can be caulked by lifting the shingles and caulking it under the shingles but unfortunately every new home has these nail holes along the edges.
