| February, 10 2007 |  | | Certified Roofing put a new Presidential Roof on my house 7 years ago and the service and process were great. Daved Cameron gave me exactly what I wanted which was not a send the gang out and cover the roof type job. Dave personally supervised the work which I have asked for a 1/2" 5 ply underlaymenet of plywood instead of the susual stranboard the most roofer will say is good enough. In addition, he use 2 layers of 30 lb felt as I aslo asked for and with a error free layout of the heavy duty Presidential Shingles I believe I have a fifty year roof instead of the maybe thirty year jobs you get for $7-8 K and my job was only about $1k more the the slap it up type job. I will use certified for my rental home when that needs a new roof. Get estimates adn then compare the value.
