Crew did not remove two to three layers of existing shingle before applying new roof. Now the new roof is leaking because the nails did not even penetrate wood causing them to lift and poke holes through the new roof and causes water leakage into my home. His name is Mike Bruno, he is the registered owner of Aerial Contracting. He keeps giving me excuses why he shouldn't and can't replace entire roof.
