He came to my house the next day as promised. He found and fixed my problem quickly and was very reasonable with his price. This is a great man to deal with, he does not try to baffle you with BS, he takes care of business. When I replace my roof he will be my only call.

I usually do my own work, so I'm a bit picky, but when a storm took out a portion of my drip edge near the peak, I was more than willing to pay somebody to work 25 to 30 feet above my yard. Through a referral, I ended up having about a ten minute conversation with a Stevenson rep. We set a time, and he came over on time. There's the first plus. His estimate was reasonable (about half of what the previous estimate had come in at and about what I thought was fair), and his work has held up. My wife actually handled everything but the initial phone call, and except for the new section of drip edge and the invoice on my desk, I would have never known he was there. Like your plumbing, your roof is somewhere that things can go wrong very quickly... at least I can turn off the plumbing. It's very comforting to know that I have a roofer I can trust.
