The work team arrived, basically, on time. They seemed to work hard and smart and completed the repairs quickly and efficiently. Not being a roofing expert, I'll need to see how the repairs hold up over time but they seemed to know what they were doing. They communicated well...fixed a couple of little things I noticed and explained some of their work. They also observed and reported to me that caulking was not applied to a window we had installed this week...something I would have never noticed until it started leaking! They were a pleasure to work with on this project! Everyone else needed several days to simply give me an estimate. they did the estimate almost immediately and were ready to work as soon as I agreed to the estimate!

After owner Steve Briesmeister and his crew ascessed and repaired damage along the back of my home this past spring due to an ice dam, I wanted to be sure nothing else could cause water to ever enter and damage my home again. WIthin the hour, Steve B. was at my home using his infrared camera to pinpoint potential problem areas. Within 24 hours, company reps had replaced the roof over my patio door, rehung/repitched the guttering and sealed my windows to prevent hard, driving rain from being able ever enter my home. During a late-night rain, we had water POURING into our house, including our master bedroom. Not trickling; pouring. We had had small leaks the prior few rains, but this was a whole new level and just not something we could live with anymore. First thing at work the next morning I asked our Realtor for a roofer recommendation; I called that company and they said the soonest they could come out JUST TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE was in two weeks. Um, hello?? We needed this addressed IMMEDIATELY. So I Googled roofers in our area and found Roofer911. I admit I was skeptical, but they were true to their promises: courteous intake conversation, thorough estimate (with photos) emailed right from my yard, fixed by the time I got home from work. This was a few months ago and I wanted to wait until we had some more heavy rain before I submitted a review, because NO amount of courtesy or efficiency would be worth it if the actual problem was not fixed. After calling 2 companies to get my roof repaired and only getting voicemail (one never returned my call) from them, I did a Google search on Emergency Roof Repair in Fairfax Virginia. Description: I had water enter the ground floor coming in from where the siding meets the concrete footing when it rains very hard. There is no standing water and the concrete footing ends about 18 inches above ground level. I think it may be running down the outer wall and collecting in siding track, then running in where the frame footing meets the concrete.
