Just wanted to share my positive experience with Steve and his company. After calling late one afternoon, Steve came out promptly the next morning, took some pictures, provided a detailed, electronic estimate, and upon approval, had his crew on the job in a matter of hours. After reading other reviews, I was expecting a much higher estimate, but was pleasantly surprised when his quote was actually below the others I received. Steve detected fundamental flaws from the original construction that was the underlying cause of a problem leak. The repairs held up well to the heavy rains that came the next day and now the problem corner on my roof no longer leaks! I had some storm damage to the aluminum fascia covers on my rake boards. I called Roofer911, within a few hours I received a quote for not only damages to the rake boards but they also inspected my roof and found that my builder failed to install sealant around the bathroom, plumbing and Furnace vents. I was skeptical initially until I received a call. During the call I was advised of certain problems that can occur when these seals were missing. Although I never admitted to Roofer911, the fact is, that I was experiencing the very issue nearly verbatim to how it was described. I was very impressed and decided to accept Roofer911’s quote. I was even more impressed when the damages were all repaired the same day! I was further impressed that I couldn’t tell they were ever at my house except for the fact that the damage was all repaired. Excellent work! Thank you!

Customer Service gets thrown around a lot these days but no company that I have ever worked with has better customer service than Steve and his crew from Roofer911. He come out to our home on a Sunday to inspect our leaky roof, correctly diagnosed our problem and had his crew out the next day fixing it. We were very happy with the honesty, professionalism and quality of the work done. Steve followed through with us on the progress of the work and even discussed the pros and cons on making a claim on our home owners policy to cover the repairs. My wife is a former insurance agent, and she agreed with Steve, that you should only make an insurance claim if the amount of repairs are going to be very expensive - it isn't worth a claim on your insurance if you can afford the cost of repairs. If your roof is in need of repair or replacement and you're looking for a company that offers good quality work at a fair price and stresses customer service, I would highly recommend you call Roofer911.
