I decided to conduct my homework on area roofing companies over the weekend. Out of the four I had provide estimates, Roofer911 was the only one to answer the call and provide a review within 24 hours. Steve (co-owner) provided a detailed estimate and patiently walked us through each aspect of the estimate. I had leaks on several spots on my roof due to the original roofing company did a poor job (we do not know who they were at the time of the purchase). Since then I had several companies including, Alexandria Roofing, Springfield roofing, Kirby kerns worked on the roof to address these problems, after spending substantial amount of money and persistence problems, I tried roofer 911 based on other reviews on this site. As I was beginning to completely lose my faith in competent roofers these guys restored my faith. Since they have worked on my roof I have had no leak whatsoever no matter what torrential rain is coming down. Additionally they were very on time and professional. When you suddenly have a leak, with water coming in and more rain potentially on the way, responsiveness is urgent -- and Roofer 911 responded immediately to my request for help, literally the same day. I got an estimate for the work that was more detailed than any I have ever seen-- it was sent electronically so I could stay at work and not have to be on-site/miss work, it included detailed pictures identifying the problem with easy-to-understand explanations and arrows on the pictures, and was immediately followed-up with a phone call walking me through the problem and how it would be fixed. Steve at Roofer 911 in NVA gets 5+++ stars from me for the outstanding service he provided during a recent roof inspection. I called Steve on Tuesday afternoon and he answered the phone himself. I explained that after some large wind gusts last week I may possibly need to have the roof repaired. Steve said he would be out the next day to completely inspect the roof and if it needed repairs he could probably get that done that same day. On Wednesday, Steve called and said he was headed out to inspect the roof and a little while later he called and said that the roof was fine and no repairs were needed. I asked Steve to send me a bill for the inspection and he said that was not necessary. Wow! What a professional and a professional organization. Excellent company to do business with. Very responsive, easy to contact, on time and they did the job right. Steven arrived shortly after being called and despite the heavy ice/snow cover on the roof he was able to assess the problem and generate a detailed solution proposal complete with photographs of the problem areas. After my acceptance of the proposal the work was scheduled quickly and completed on time.

The day after I accepted the proposal, he performed the work. We had torrential rains a couple of days later, and for the first time in months, no leaks! He was very professional, courteous and had very reasonable rates. He even worked with me on billing issues since my townhouse is a condo. I would recommend him to anyone. I only wish I had found him sooner.

I called Steven and he returned my call immediately. He gave me an estimate over the phone, completed the work on time and provided me with a very professional report regarding a problem that I am trying to resolve with my shingle manufacturer. I told Steven that I needed pictures of the roof and gutters, he took the photos, added text to the photos and sent the to me via e-mail. Every time I e-mailed him he got right back to me. I am very happy with his work.
